All work is performed in line with building codes and industry standards. Final pricing and details will be confirmed in writing before project commencement.

3. Warranty & Liability
We stand by our workmanship. Our services are designed to pass inspection and be approved. Once work is completed and approved, our warranty ends. We do not cover damage caused by natural events, such as earthquakes or severe weather.

4. Limitations of Liability
We’re not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable factors (e.g., weather, supply chain issues). Liability for consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

5.Payments
Payment terms, including deposits and invoicing will be spelled out in your agreement. Late payments may result in fees as allowed by California law.
